SISTASA started in Guatemala in 2014 selling LED displays. It ended up doing whatever the project required: engineering, structure, installation and long-term service.
How we got here
The company began by supplying LED displays to venues in Guatemala. It became clear early on that the screen was rarely the hard part — the structure, the acoustics, the integration into an existing building and the maintenance five years later were.
So we took those on. Today SISTASA delivers complete audiovisual projects: LED, professional audio, lighting and control, with audiovisual architects on staff who work from the drawings rather than from a catalogue.
That approach is also why we manufacture under our own brand, Sistaled. It is not about margin: it is about being able to supply a matching replacement module years after the original installation.

Sistaled is ours. It means we control quality, but above all it means we can supply a matching replacement module five years after the original installation — which is when it actually matters.
Employed engineers, not subcontractors
In every country where we operate. The team that installs is the team that comes back, and it answers to SISTASA rather than to an intermediary company.
Warranty issued by us
Not by the manufacturer. There is no claim to file overseas and no waiting across time zones: you call the number for your region.
Spare parts from the same batch
LED is produced in batches and two batches do not match in tone. A screen repaired years later with material from another run shows the patch, so we reserve stock from the start.
Audiovisual architects on staff
Not salespeople with a catalogue: architects who read a construction section and work from the drawings, ideally from concept stage.
